How it works
Personal One-on-One Coaching
Coaching is a dynamic, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential and to take action to make lasting change. You drive the focus. Together we explore your strengths, wisdom, and the action and accountability needed to achieve your vision.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing and the past, coaching focuses on the present and the future. Coaching is for essentially healthy and functional individuals who are striving to reach their full potential or live a more present and meaningful life. Coaching is action-oriented, identifying goals, obstacles, and problematic behaviors that hold you back. Coaching helps you create an action plan and provides accountability to help you achieve your desired results.
As your coach, I will help you discover and clarify what you really want to achieve or change. I will encourage your self-discovery and help elicit your own solutions and strategies. And, I will be there to keep you committed and accountable on this journey.
the Logistics
Coaching can be done by phone or video conference, and you can be anywhere in the world. I am based in Seattle, Washington, USA. We start with a complimentary session so you can experience coaching with me and to see if we are the right fit for each other. If we decide to move forward together, we can design how we want to work together. Typically, clients have two 60-minute calls per month after a foundational session. I am also available by email and text in between sessions and am always available for an emergency session. My coaching packages typically begin with a six month commitment and can be renewed after that.
Transformational change takes time.
I’ve seen coaching create tremendous change. It takes time, dedication and determination. It has helped my clients uncover who they really are at their core, celebrate their unique gifts, find their life-purpose, live in alignment with what’s truly important to them, become better parents, move past fear and patterns that hold them back, and make substantial and lasting changes in their personal and professional lives.
